These are the products you'll need to apply, color and remove any of our Fx Faces Prosthetics. All of these items are available through our online store. |
1. Adhesive : There are a few different adhesives that can be used on foam latex prosthetics. They include Liquid latex, Spirit Gum, Pros-aide or Pro-adhesive and Silicone adhesives. Although each have pro's & con's, we highly recommend Pro-adhesive for most applications.
2. Makeup sponges, Q-tips & a Powder puff : White sponges, Red Sponges, Basic Powder puffs and any brand cotton swab.
3. Loose facial powder : Any cosmetic grade powder will work. We recommend a "No color" powder.
4. Makeup : There are several makeup products that can be used on foam latex. They include Rubber Mask Greasepaint, Cream Makeups applied over a castor sealer,PAX Paints, Airbrush Makeups and Alcohol based Makeups. For most users, we recommend Rubber Mask Greasepaint, also known as RMG.
5. Makeup Brushes : You'll want a small variety of sizes and shapes to apply the makeup.
6. Adhesive Remover : It's very important that you have the correct remover for the type of adhesive your using. For Pro-adhesive, we recommend Super Solv. This Non-oily Remover is great for people who want to reuse their prosthetic. Removers with oil in them make it near impossible to reuse a prosthetic.
